LBCC is partnering with Confluence Rising (formerly known as CCEJ) to facilitate a dialogue about gender equity within the LBCC Campus Community.  To gather as much feedback as possible, we are asking campus constituents (students, staff, faculty, and administrators) to complete a climate survey and/or participate in a listening session.  Listening sessions are offered by campus role (student, staff, faculty, manager) as well as by identity-specific affiliations.  Please sign up now:
