Typical Turnaround Times

  • Communications (announcements, campus-wide email, “In the Loop”): 2–5 business days
  • Graphic Design (flyers, brochures): 1-3 weeks
  • Media Production (photography, videography): 3-4 weeks
  • Website Updates (CMS content updates, content publishing, CMS user access, new pages, and global navigation updates): 2–3 business days for simple updates; new pages, complex updates, access requests, or global navigation changes may require additional time depending on scope and review needs.
