Insurance Requirements
All groups and organizations using District facilities shall be required to submit insurance. Insurance can be obtained through a 3rd party here.
Setup Request Form
All events held in multi-purpose rooms shall have a Setup Request Form submitted for review and approval.

Security Plan
Security may be required in order to host a safe and successful event on the Long Beach City College campus(es). All public and private events with alcohol are required to have private security.
