Welcome to the LBCC IT Help Desk — our centralized, single point of contact for all technology services. We offer several options for getting help for all your technology needs.

Call x4357 from on campus or (562) 938-HELP from off campus between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Email helpdesk@lbcc.edu with your requests. Please be as specific as possible so that we have as much information as possible to help you with your requests.

Open an IT support ticket in one of the areas below. Once created, you can login to the ticket system with your network account to view information about your ticket including the status, history, and assignment. You can also create worklogs, upload supporting documents, and even cancel your own request.

If you are experiencing issues with the PeopleSoft system. Please perform the following steps before opening a ticket.

  1. Clear your browser’s cache by following the steps outlined here.
