Vice President-Level Planning


Vice President-level planning occurs in the spring, following the submission of Academic Affairs and Student Services school plans and Administrative and Business Services department plan/reviews. The College Planning Council has approved a charge and membership for the Vice President-level planning groups, which can be found on the right-hand side of this webpage. Through the Vice President-level planning process, each planning group establishes long-term Vice President-level goals and monitors progress on these goals through the evaluation of data and progress on identified activities. Resource requests are prioritized to accomplish the goals. Vice President-level plan goals and activities are informed by the school plans and department plan/reviews. Resources prioritized through the school planning and department plan/review processes are prioritized in alignment with Vice President-level plan goals. Vice President-level plans are due to the Director of Planning during each spring term in alignment with the Planning and Budget Timeline established by the College Planning Council.
