LBCC Trades, Technology, and Community Learning Campus Unveils New “I ♥️ LB” Sign
Thousands of People Driving on Pacific Coast Highway Will See New Iconic Sign
Long Beach City College (LBCC) unveiled the newest campus icon sign at the Trades, Technology, and Community Learning Campus (TTC). LBCC students, employees, and college leadership celebrated the reveal and welcomed the exciting new addition to campus.
The new sign features LBCC’s name beneath the iconic “I ♥️ LB” design, with the “I” and “LB” displayed in bright white and the vibrant red heart, while incorporating the college’s recognizable “LB” logo. Its bold presence reflects LBCC’s commitment to fostering a sense of belonging, strengthening community connection, and elevating student pride.
Positioned prominently on the south side of the TTC campus, the sign can be seen from Pacific Coast Highway and serves as a welcoming visual landmark for students, employees, and visitors. The sign is expected to become a focal point for campus life and a backdrop for events, celebrations, and student engagement for years to come.
As part of a broader effort to build community pride and make LBCC’s more visible, the first icon sign was unveiled at the Liberal Arts Campus in December 2025. Together, these signs serve as signature landmarks at both LBCC locations.
