LBCC’s Office of Student Equity is proud to offer Cultural Graduation Celebrations as an opportunity to celebrate your triumph in a culturally affirming way. These events are provided in addition to the larger college-wide Commencement Ceremony. Commencement is where your degrees are actually conferred. Below is information regarding the four Cultural Graduation Celebrations.

Native Cultural Graduation Celebration

APID Grad Celebration (Asian Pacific Islander Desi)

DAY/TIME: Saturday, May 18th, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
LOCATION: LAC, R Gym Hall of Champions

Black Grad Celebration (Black/African American)

DAY/TIME: Saturday, May 18th, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

RAÍCES Grad Celebration (Latina/o/x)

DAY/TIME: Saturday, May 18th, 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
