Making Relationships Work For You
This workshop series is dedicated to help you build or maintain healthier relationships. We support your well-being and success at LBCC. Using dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tools, these workshops will help you cope with interpersonal problems that often cause stress, anxiety, and depression. You will learn to understand and reduce vulnerability to emotions and to change unwanted emotions.
