All workshops will be facilitated/co-facilitated by Mental Health Clinician Daisy Cook, LCSW, and MSW Interns.
Learn skills and tools to improve your emotional well-being and create balance in your life. We provide workshops each semester to support student health, happiness, and success.

Gratitude: A Tool for Happiness Giving thanks can make you feel much better. Join us in practicing gratitude exercises to increase positive emotions. |

Holiday Wellness: Coping with Holiday Blues and Stress Discussion on common factors or challenges that trigger stress during the holiday season along with tips on how to manage and cope with holiday stress. |
