The ITS Department is excited to announce Launch LBCC, your centralized, single point-of-contact for all technology services. Beginning Tuesday, April 16, you can go to to open service requests tickets and access help guides on the Knowledge Base.

  • The ITS staff will be working through any existing tickets in the current LBCC ITS Ticket System.  They will work with you to close out any pending requests or will migrate tickets to the new Launch LBCC system.
  • Note that you will receive emails from “Launch Outbound“ when you open tickets, and you can now respond directly to tickets via email.
