How to obtain an Employee Virtual Parking Permit

We are thrilled to introduce our brand-new Virtual Parking Permit System, starting Fall 2025, designed to make parking on campus faster, easier, and more convenient than ever! Say goodbye to physical permits and hello to hassle-free parking.

Virtual Permits Are Now Available!

  • Staff & Faculty are allowed 2 staff permits & 1 motorcycle permit
  • LTEs are allowed 1 staff permit. No motorcycle permits
  • One vehicle per permit. if you have a 2nd Vehicle, a separate permit application is required.
  • One vehicle is allowed on Campus at a time.
  • Staff Academic Year October 2025 – September 2026  (if you are a current employee, your Sticker permits are still valid until Sept 30, 2025)
  • New Employees: If you were hired recently and need coverage for August–September 2025, please first select a permit for October 2024 – September 2025, then repeat the process to obtain the 2025–2026 permit.
  1. Manage your permit online through your Permit Portal.  https://lbcc.thepermitportal.com/
  2. Click Buy Permit
  3. Select Permit Type:
  4. Click Buy.
  5. ADD ADDRESS INFORMATION
  6. ADD VEHICLE INFORMATION
  7. CLICK SUBMIT    ;

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and see your permit details under the “My Permit” section to verify that your permit is active.   

Important Reminder: 

  • Staff Academic Year Permits are only valid for 1 vehicle; a separate permit application will need to be completed for any additional vehicle.
  • License Plate is Your Permit: Your vehicle’s license plate is now your parking permit! Make sure your information is correct to avoid any issues.
  • Motorcycles must have a Motorcycle permit and park in designated motorcycle parking spaces.
