Certified Nursing Assistant

The VN215 Fundamentals of Nursing course teaches basic nursing skills as an introduction to the nursing profession.  Successful completion of this course provides students with the required hours to sit for the state exam and obtain their Certified Nursing Assistant license with the Department of Public Health.

Students must meet the required number of hours, therefore attendance is mandatory.  Students should be prepared to meet all theory and skills/clinical requirements to successfully pass the course.
