PERMANENT RESIDENTS AND U.S. CITIZENS MAY APPLY FOR ADMISSION DIRECTLY TO THE ADMISSIONS AND RECORDS OFFICE. OTHER TYPES OF VISAS MUST CHANGE THEIR IMMIGRATION STATUS TO EITHER F-1 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE INTERNATIONAL STUDENT PROGRAMS ADMISSION.
