- Jaymee Hunt, HR Analyst, j2hunt@lbcc.edu – for classified employees
- Eric Cornejo, HR Analyst, ecornejo@lbcc.edu – for academic employees
For information on ADA law, the process and procedures involved in the interactive process, and the steps to follow for disability accommodation, please reference the training directly below. A critically important value of the College is accessibility. It is only with accessibility that our campus, and its resources, are open to all and all voices are equally heard. In recognition of this, at LBCC, we offer employees the ability to participate in Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) training. This training outlines the accommodation process and relevant ADA law. For convenience, a link to the training is enclosed below. In reviewing this training, please note that requesting accommodation can be a very private matter. Thus, it is important that privacy is maintained for any individual requesting an accommodation.
After reviewing this training, for any questions or additional guidance, please reach out to Human Resources or the ADA Coordinator.

Accommodation Language for LBCC Events & Meetings

We recommend that flyers, announcements and invitations to attend events and meetings go out at least 10 days in advance of the event or meeting to allow for time to arrange CART services.
In creating event flyers, it is important to prominently include the following information, in large font, so that individuals requesting an accommodation know who to contact and what type of accommodation to request: date of event, name of event, start time, end time, if the event is in-person or over zoom, and if over zoom, please include the zoom link, or how that zoom link may be accessed.
