Standard Configurations for Computers, Tablets, and Printers

The ITS Computer Refresh Program receives funds to purchase one computer per permanent employee once every scheduled technology refresh. As such, each department is to provide its own printers, secondary monitors, additional cables, and/ or accessories. NOTE: the purchase of computer hardware as well as software media and licensing must be submitted via a Requisition/ Purchase Order — use of revolving cash forms will not be reimbursed. See Purchasing Manual guidelines, page 27.

Please note the difference in specifications and price points between the Dell and Apple models. All Prices include tax.

MS Surface Pro 10

The MS Surface Pro 10 is the best business solution as it bridges the gap between tablet and laptop. It runs Windows 11, Office, and can be joined to the network to access the same resources (network share, printer, etc.) that your desktop computer uses.
