LBCC Fashion Show
The LBCC biennial fashion show showcases original designs created by design students in the Fashion Design program. Students created a sketch of their concept, created a flat pattern or drape, and then constructed the garments themselves.
Produced by students in FASH 41: Fashion Promotion and FASH 240: Fashion Promotion and Management, design and merchandising students are involved in every aspect of the show’s production. From developing the show theme and graphics to managing social media campaigns, building the set, and casting models, they lead each step of the process. Students also select the DJ, coordinate hair and makeup teams, and secure sponsorships.
The fashion show draws over 600 attendees, features 100-125 student designs, professional and student models, and is judged by a panel of industry professionals. Students leave with professional images of their garments walking down the runway to use in their portfolio.
2019 CTE Night

2018 Wonderland
